A college campus is comprised a group young adults many of which are trying to find themselves or young people who know who they are but are attempting to change. Many of these people pledge certain GLO's to assist in these efforts often times changing themselves for the worst. The org you're interested in at your school is potentially full of ladies that fit the description above. The org itself is more than likely a wonderful thing but that chapter just doesn't exemplify that. I would tell anyone to do grad oppose to dealing with a bunch of "children" high off themselves
