Ahhh, this is the second time in this thread alone where you've claimed something that was disproven almost right away. Again, it is best to be armed with the proper ammunition when engaging in this sort of thing. Once is a misunderstanding, twice or more is just hysterical lying and possible blind listening to urban myths. $41K to incarcerate someone for a year? Hogwash!
