So you plan on rewriting the lawbooks covering executions huh? Do you have a surefire way of making sure that the wrong people aren't put to death or you just want to make it a blanket thing? (Starting to sound a lil' Middle Eastern here...hmmm..) Especially with most states that have the death penalty on moratorium?

California is hardly my area. Illegals recieve BILLIONS. Can you dispute that number?
I am not worried about the wrong people being put to death. The real scumbags are almost always repeat offenders. They usually have long histories of crime. The chances of an innocent person being convicted of one crime is possible but the chance of that same person being wrongfully convicted of multiple crimes and eventually receiving the death penalty is slim.
