Like many, I agree that you should drop. Sorority life clearly isn't for you anymore.
It's not just lawyers or corporate professionals that need to make a good impression. If you don't think that hospital administrators, patients, drug sale reps, etc. will make judgments based on how you present yourself post-college, you are sorely mistaken. I personally would think twice about visiting a dietitian that is grossly over weight, sloppily dressed or smelly because it shows to me that they do not care enough about themselves to set an example for me to follow. It seems that you are having trouble with the sorority dictating how you act when in reality, I see your sorority as providing guidelines for actions that you should already be taking.
