Sorry to crash, but I just wanted to say it's not necessarily that easy to sell Chi Delta on the idea (even if Panhel, EO, etc. is open to it). Just from what I know about Sac State and after looking at XD's website, it looks like they're pretty proud of being local. Good luck with everything!
