Carnation, I actually think she has a valid question. I think she's just trying to find some stuff out. So, here's my opinion:

A dog bites someone. Should dogs be made illegal?

A little boy falls off a swing on a playground. Should swings be made illegal?

There is a car accident, and a few people are seriously hurt. Should cars be made illegal?

There is an isolated incident of hazing on a campus, and someone is hurt. Should GLO's be made illegal?

See, People In General - (whom I affectionately refer to as PIGs) like to take isolated incidents such as hazing, and instead of trying to make the situation better, they just do away with it so they won't have to deal with it... or, they look for something to blame. A few crazy college students that are affiliated with a sorority or fraternity do something wrong, and the public eye turns to their Greek Organization. People make a big deal (out of nothing is some cases) and innocent Greeks suffer for it. So, anyway, that's my opinion.
