Well, for all the people who follow my other posts,
he made it!
I was allowed to pin him and give him a chapter nickname, which essentially made him my second little brother. I also gave him a basket full of gifts.
The chapter was REALLLLLY excited to have him. He hit it off really well with a past national president, too. Since he's an educator, all the alumni who are teachers and seniors who are preparing to join the profession made a point to seek him out, as did the native New Yorkers.
It turns out that my Great^5 Little lives two blocks from his charter school!
All in all, it was a beautiful ceremony which my buddy will not soon forget. I'm glad I sponsored him!
But I'll never do it again! LMAO..... gosh that was so much work and it was hella stressful at times!!!
