[Beach Peach]

ok so i go to a really small school with two Panhel sororities and two IFC fraternities and traditions don't run deep here. I've been dating my boyfriend who is also greek for nearly a year and a half and we are serious about eachother. My advisor was telling us about traditions at her school and how guys would lavaliere their girlfriends and it was a huge deal and there would be a candle pass. I fell in love with the idea... so anyway my question is how can i hint to my boyfriend to do this?? I know he would with no problems, the thing is no one at this school has ever heard of it before. are there any movies that feature this so i can nudge him or something?? haha please help me
