We had a joint meeting with our neighboring collegiate chapter and after the meeting when we were cleanig up we got into a good discussion about transitioning into Alumnae chapters. Alumnae sorors expressed that they felt that the burden was completely on them and there is no consequence for collegiate chapters and an idea was discussed that would require collegiate chapters to maintain a certain "transition rate" or face probation or other discipline. Some thought a 30-50% rate would be feasible while others thought it should be higher - 75% - while others thought it was a bad idea all around - any thoughts or comments???
