I second that-- you need to make sure that you are taking good notes at Panhellenic meetings and going to every possible event.
One of the things a lot of chapters on my campus did to build involvement was to actually 'assign' sisters to attend Panhellenic meetings (basically split everyone into groups and rotate through). That helps to get the individual chapter more visible in the Greek community and to get each of your members to understand a little better and encourage them to attend other things rather than just seeing minutes. Having a large contingent of your sisters at the meetings shows obvious interest on your chapter's part tp become involved and hopefully it won't take very long for everyone in Panhellenic to warm up to you as new associate members!!
You are already on the right track by seeking associate membership at your school.. Congratulations and great job working with your Campus Panhellenic already! That is an extremely valuable link that will help your chapter immensely in the coming years as long as you can learn to capitalize on it and take advantage of it.
