I just feel like the fact that this is a child and the fact that she was in police custody and not doing anything should make it a bit more severe of a crime. I think regardless of whether or not he is convicted he should lose his job and not be allowed to join a public force again. His record certainly proves that he is much more of a risk than the police force or any force needs.
