Wow, I am really sorry to hear that. My son is a new fraternity member at Witt, (not Phi Psi), and it's sad to hear one of the houses has to be abandoned. Hope they find a great replacement.
Wittenberg has a wonderful 130 year old greek community, and some of the houses are really beautiful.... at least on the outside. (Sigma Kappa, ADPi, Phi Gam are very nice indeed)
