Update
Neal E. Boyd sang the national anthem at a Seattle HEEhawks game about 2 months ago. I see he now has his own website and it plugs an upcoming album.
He was an active close to the time I was in Cape Girardeau for about a week back in 2001. I bet the Lambda Chi brothers I met that week were active with him. That really is a great little town (though the Mexican food at El Torero was awful).
