STROLLS, PARTY WALK, TRAINS
I know down here in the south we say all of the above, the sororities stroll/party walk/hop, and the bruhs of A PHI A train, the Kappas also stroll, the QUES hop, the songs I know are only two, but I thought SET IT OFF the original was like our National Stroll Song "ALLLPHA KAPPPA ALLLPHA", I know most sorors jump up when they hear it and most of our strolls are similar with slight variations here and there, and Atomic Dog for the Ques, I know songs with certain flavor/beats the bruhs of A PHI A train too. We also have several strolls/trains that we do as the "Phirst Pham" and they are really cool.
After we were initiated my LS and I decided together, as we were leaving not to SKEE WEE, throw up a pinky, ivy or wear nelia' until after we crossed (even though we could, it was our decision to wait until after the coming out show as to keep everyone on campus in the dark a little longer.) We did our chapters stroll onto our plot after the show and it was done to, SET IT OFF!!!!!! I love my A K A...
As for jackets my LS and I have a jacket alike and then some went out and also got individuals, as well as the one some of us were given after we crossed, but overall I have not come across a line jacket with all that stuff on it, that would be too dayum much that needs to go on a certicate or paddle or something, but not ur own line jacket. Most chapters/sorors go for originality (sp), but not overboard. I must say that I have seen some with Neon Pink and Green and frankly I needed some shades for those because everybody could see u coming.
