Powers Boothe is reprising his role as Senator Roark in the sequel to Sin City, which is said to be in pre-production and due out in 2010.
He did a movie called Frailty about 8 years ago that is going to be on USA Network this coming Friday.
Powers Boothe is one of my favorite famous alums because of a movie he did about 25 years ago called Extreme Prejudice that was filmed here in El Paso. He played a drug lord and had some pretty funny one-liners in that flick.
