I searched the forums and there are lots of ideas...here is one thread that has some gamma phi ideas, but could be applied.

-We did the "Class- Not just something you attend" one year with an Audrey Hepburn feel
-There is also the Sigma Kappa & Co blue shirts, all the new girls got tiffany blue bags, you can paint the big wooden letters tiffany blue and have big blue tiffany looking boxes with a ribbon as decoration.
-We also did a Hollywood theme with shirts that had Sigma Kappa in the lights or something. We had a "red carpet" leading towards our letters and a limo that picked the girls up to take them off to bid day festivities.
-Sigma Kappa fiesta with shirts that look like the Tabasco sauce label. You can have all kinds of decorations.
-Beach theme, with surf boards and such.
-Shirts that say "Sigma Kappa, for Girls who Wear Pearls" with matching tote bags as the NM bags.
-Bid Day shirts that say Bid Day 20xx on the front and on the back
