According to the tabs, once she's 16, she can drop out of school and claim not only the baby as a dependent, but HER BOYFRIEND AS WELL. That way, she'll get pushed to the top of the council housing list, AND she gets welfare like she's a single mum with two kids!
Both of the kids grew up on the dole, so I guess this isn't too surprising that their parents know how to work the system...at least it's not my tax dollars!
