Well, you can do one of two things.
1) You can have you chapter officers turn a blind eye to any drinking that is occuring behind closed doors. That is, if a couple of girls happen to wander into a fraternity member's bedroom to do a couple of shots, they can pretend to know nothing about it.
2) Or, what you can do, is have your exchanges at venues which serve alcohol. That is, you could all go to a club, a bowling ally, or a pool hall and be able to drink freely there. This option would probably be better as you wouldn't be breaking any rules.
