Having been borderline sexually harassed when I got pulled over in Strict Suburb (if we're talking about the same one LOL, if not it's probably the same situation) I can understand why he didn't say sir or ma'am. That speed trap crap is ridiculous, especially when there are REAL crimes going on, and some of those "officers" are complete assholes just because they can be. If they were in the Hill for 2 minutes they'd be crying like babies.
