The good thing is she wasn't on there (because I do NOT want this woman to become a "celebrity") but someone who acted like a PR person was there. 
I agree with Dr. Phil's assessment that this woman isn't making good decisions and has mental and emotional issues. And, as with other people who have such issues, she needs help instead of being ridiculed and discarded.
