To be fair, this is a good question, and I think APhiAnna made a really great thread about what I think is extremely important in terms of recruitment:

Conversation is VERY important.

You can be the total package on paper. You can have grades, be involved in tons of clubs and everything, but if you walk into the houses with the conversation skills of a wet mop, you are probably NOT going to get a bid.

Sorority members need to be able to see you as someone they can TALK to and be friends with before they can see you as part of their sorority.
