Thanks! I did go and pick up the Neutrogena On The Spot cream. It has 2.5% benzoyl peroxide - I had been using Biore Triple Action Astringent, which has salicylic acid.

I read on that acne.org site that you're supposed to smear the Neutrogena On The Spot all over your face, then apply moisturizer on top. I did that for two nights and OMG does my face ITCH. It's also really red. But my skin is more clear! Yay!
