For what it is worth, the first General Headquarters was in Chicago (1914) which moved to Evanston in 1950 (an old "historic" mansion). Then in 1966, Headquarters moved to the current location in Evanston - 1714 Hinman Avenue.
By the way, the Fraternity owns the Founding Site in Oxford, Ohio.
