If cost is a real problem, you could up the ante of the necessary GPA, making it something like a 3.5, that would be difficult for regular winnings. I think though that you have to make it attainable across the board.
I really like this idea. How did you group triads? Was it randomly, by major, or purposely mixing brothers with good study habits and grades with those who need improvement?
