Silverpearls, I know you said that it is just 4 or 5 girls that you don't want, but in a smaller chapter, 4 or 5 girls who will be a detriment to your chapter can really hurt. I would rather come in a few under quota than take a few girls that no one wants. It's not fair to the chapter...or the girls.
