Try holding a circle of brotherhood event and get these concerns out in the open - that's the only way they'll be addressed. Or, a good ZAX session to remind everyone of the obligations and responsibilities of being a BROTHER, not a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. Like they say, there IS a difference.
