My suggestion...

Take a speaking class at a community college....they usually have you prepare a speech and present it to the group. Practicing speaking/reading out loud to a group (kids/family) can make you more comfortable with how your voice sounds when you're presenting.

As for nerves (hands & voice shaking)...everyone gets a touch nervous speaking in front of a group...just know that you're doing your best and as long as you know the info you're presenting inside and out, you'll feel more confident in your delivery.
