It's so hard to explain, but Zntke made some good comparisons. For me, there was an instant attraction/pull to the person (this is what I call it...but it might have been love at first sight). Then when he left, I felt like a part of my heart was missing. I think if you can look past yourself and your needs and want someone to be happy (even when they're not with you), then that could be love.
