Is Indiana the school where there is no Quota? Where chapters can only take up to house capacity?
Suiciding (Intentional Single Preference) does NOT in any way maximize a chance to get a bid. In fact it lessens that chance dramatically. The only reason a PNM would ISP is if there is one house and one house only that she would accept a bid to. And she would rather not be Greek than to be in the other houses.
