Thanks for the reply. Still not completely understanding the process. Does the failure to receive a bid when the pnm received maximum call backs mean that no chapter ultimately wanted the pnm? Or can the failure to receive a bid mean that the matching betweem the pnm and chapters who called her back was too disparate?
