Our biggest thing on Pref Night was making a kite for each PNM with a letter written to her pasted on it. One active member would read the letter to the PNM during our ceremony. The letters included: quotes about sisterhood, why we thought the PNM would be a great addition, reasons why the active herself joined Theta, etc.
There's more we used to do that night, but I don't want to post it all in a public forum. If you would like to know more, just message me. I'm not sure if you still need ideas, since this post is a few weeks old.
I used to be VPM for my chapter, but it was at a school with a small Greek life.
