I was wondering how informal recruitment actually worked. like how long the process is and everything.
I'm thinking of joining Kappa Delta or Chi Omega

I also had a question about GPA. because, i didnt do very well my first semester and im afraid that thats intensely going effect my being able to join. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how much is based on GPA and how much is based on personality and beliefs...etc...
