Cristina fought back and said Alex made the best case for himself (as far as why he deserved it) so assuming Cristina didn't give it to her was Meredith making it personal. Then, she lashed out at all the rest of the residents because it was everyone's interns practicing on themselves so they all should've shared the blame for it but, instead, they let her take it all. That's when the magic on the air grate happened.

Thanks, I thought it was something like that but I couldn't quite remember lol. Christina's a little too hardcore for me but Meredith is kind of annoying too... My favorite girl right now is probably Callie just because everyone other girl on the show kind of annoys me lol.
