I totally fell off the wagon over the holidays. I enjoyed lots of food, lots of the wrong types of food, plenty of booze (including schnapps = beaucoup de sucre), and plenty of sitting around on my big fat butt.
I'm going to do some form of exercise every day, even if it's just a 10-minute workout (I have a couple of "10 Minute Solution" DVDs). I've done one 10-minute toning workout each day since Monday. Next week I'm planning to add some cardio back in.
Primarily, I'm hoping to get myself back in shape. I'm also hoping to set a good example for my husband - last time we flew, he needed a seat belt extender.
