Yes yes this is the setting I am talking about. My husband has to reset it to this setting repeatedly because the tv/service provider (or whatever is supposed to retain settings) keeps "forgetting" them. We set ours to the highest and it fixes the problem, but somehow a few days later, it resets itself to the lowest.
