I actually don't think there is anything with which I would absolutely NEVER part... I didn't know I had it in me... because I treasure all of my Alpha Gam things... especially my badge and items I received as gifts.....
but last semester I passed down two of my Alpha Gam treasures...
The graduating collegiate president last semester needed a pass down gift for her sister-daughter and decided to pass down her favorite little stuffed squirrel "Chipper the Cock-Eyed Squirrel." He was this silly looking stuffed squirrel we all received from another alum a few years ago. She loved Chipper and was so sad to see him go... but was willing to give him up for her baby squirrel. While I don't ever give away gifts given to me... I wanted her to have mine.
This same sister had also lost her badge and couldn't afford to replace it... at least not right away... and I don't think any member should be without a badge... especially if it's because she can't afford it.... I had been thinking of upgrading my badge anyway... so I decided to upgrade my badge to the one with a diamond... and I passed my old badge on to her.
In fact... I had Chipper wear it when I presented him to her
