I like some of the ideas mentioned above, however I would say use the events you already have scheduled as much as possible so you avoid burnout of your members. Also, try and keep things simple - no need to break the bank. Coffee, fro-yo, bubble tea, watching favorite TV shows (good because there are commericals, as opposed to a movie), etc. HTH!
