Hey sisters,

I was elected VP3 this year for my chapter, and so far I am really excited! The only thing is that I haven't been given much direction on where to take the position. The girl who had the position last year was recently elected to Panhellenic and hasn't been available much to offer advice.

I am familiar with the basics of the position, but I was wondering if any past VP3s would like to share anything? What is something you wish someone had told you before tackling the position?

Also, we will be doing informal Spring recruitment ("crowning" as we call it) this semester, so any advice regarding that would be wonderful!

Recruitment is very important to my chapter and I am really hoping to do the best job possible!
