I have to share this anecdote with you.
I was on Simply Greek,This young man posted a topic where in it he stated among other things that Sigma Rhomeos and Alpha Sweethearts run the yard at his school.
I commented something like "how can sweetheart organziations run anything."( I thought it was funny
)
Anyway,
He went off on me for calling Sigma Rhomeos a sweetheart organization. He was basically trying to convience me that they are now fraternity. They are called Sigma Rhomeos for goodness sakes !
They are no longer sweethearts
But I thought it was interesting and funny. I hope they change the name if they do make themselves a frat. Because "Sigma Rhomeos Fraternity Inc." will always look like Sigma Gamma Rho Sweethearts to me.
