So he kalled again and the guy had the nerve to tell him that they didn't make the mistake and by making him a new one, he's doing him a favor. Just krappy work and just plain rude.

Damn. Thanks, for the heads up Phi. You should try greeknation, or greekforme. greeknation does custom work, and greekforme has some of the best quality I've seen, but no custom products.
