I forgot all about Punky Brewster! I loved that show, I even had the Punky Brewster high tops! How about LA Gear?! haha.. Those high tops with the fin/scales things along the sides, I had a pair of bright pink and black ones..what was I thinking?!
I remember playing tether ball with those puppies on..haha.. those were the days.
