I was there!!! I guess I missed you.
We had a girl transfer from FSU while I was a Freshman. I'm not sure of the process she had to take but I know that she hung out with our chapter for a few weeks. We all got to know her and really liked her. Then, we had a chapter vote on whether to let her affiliate with us and the vote with 100% in favor of letting her affiliate. I think that it is that easy to transfer.
