Recommend me a good iron supplement
I just found out I'm pretty anemic, and I'm supposed to take a supplement to remedy it.
I'm looking for something that causes nausea the least. I saw something in the store called "Slow Fe", supposedly it is a lot more gentle on your system. Has anyone tried SlowFe? Did you like it?
