I'm a memeber of Alpha Delta Phi society, which someone mentioned. At my chapters, members can chose between being called Brother, Sister and Sibling. At one of our other chapters, all of the memebers are called Brothers.
I love bieng co-ed, I don't think I would have joined otherwise. There are obviously sometimes tensions created when siblings date that are less likley to happen at single sex chapters, but in general it works very well for us.
