Every since i was young i have always dreamed of being a Que.I go to Canton Univ. , its a small school in upstate NY. Im the firstmale in my family to ever go to college so i never had any conection to the fraternity.but now that im here(at college)I want to make a positive and strong impact in the community. I would like to try to start a chapter at my school.Please tell me if it is possiable , and if so how I would go about doing it. thank you .(larry tape
