When I worked retail, and even now, people would call all the time saying they left their crap in our store (and now in our office) and to please find it and secure it for them, which I would then do. So if someone else got to it first, I would then be responsible for lawsuits against the company???
If this thing actually suceeds, no salespeople are ever going to attempt to find anyone's forgotten items again ...
