I like the first one in the second post because it's kinda retro, and not so, well, babyfied. I would bag the shadow box things on the wall though.
Re the baby dresses in small sizes: my mom received some that I was never small enough to fit into. She saved them and I ended up putting them on one of my dolls.
Of course I thought that was super neat that she had "real" baby clothes.
