It depends on the specific Panhellenic at your school. The Panhellenic at my school just condensed from 17 positions to 10 for example, so there is no uniform positions that all college Panhellenics must have. I suggest you contact your chapter's Panhellenic delegate or someone on Panhellenic itself, and familiarize yourself with the council before you run.
