The officer slating process is a stressful time for ANY chapter, and adding extra parental input only makes things much more stressful. There is NO possible way for a chapter to please EVERY GIRL in the chapter in regards to officer selection, but that does not in any way mean that the chapter is lacking sisterhood or is being dishonest in any way.
