And if OU beats Tech and loses to OSU then Tech wins the south because thats a two-way tie with Texas and they won head-to-head. Best route for Texas to get there seems to be the Big XII North team (Mizzou) beating either OU or Tech in the Big XII Championship game and hoping like hell to stay ranked over USC.
My bowl picks:
BCSCG: Florida (SEC Champ/#1) v Oklahoma (Big XII Champ/#2)
Rose Bowl: USC (Pac-10 Champ) v Penn State (Big 10 Champ)
Orange Bowl: Florida State (ACC Champ) v Pittsburgh (Big East Champ)
Sugar Bowl: Alabama (At-large, replacement for UF) v Boise State (At-large)
Fiesta Bowl: Texas (At-large, replacement for OU) v Utah (At-large)
I'm thinking Texas Tech loses to OU and misses out on the BCS games because the BCS can only have two teams from the same conference. OU goes to the BCS title game by being the #2 team and the Fiesta Bowl gets a replacement pick and takes Texas over Tech because the Horns have a bigger fan base and are will draw better rankings.

This is exactly what I was thinking, but was trying to figure out how to say. Though I think it will be a very hard/close game between OU and Tech, and may not turn out like I hope. (The Raiders are going to be tough.)
Unfortunately, Texas lost their chance when they lost to Tech.
The BCS is kinda unfair for Big XII teams (especially in the South) because we play such a hard schedule.
